Detects both mouse and human SorCS1 in Wetsern blots for samples of CHO cells stable expressing each variant of SorCS1.
On the other hand, it does not work for detecting endogenous murine SorCS1 from brains of p0 and Adult mice in Western blotting. A SorCS1 knockout brain were used as negative reference. Cells expressing SorCS1 as positive ref.

I expect this antibody to the same as the “SorCS1, rabbit pAb, Novus Biologicals NBP1-86096”
This antibody works in western blotting of HEK cells expressing human SorCS1(c).
It also works on tissues subjected to human SorCS1 virus. Please see the image above. Lane 4 is lysate of untransfeceted cells.
