This was used as a secondary antibody on neuron lysates in a dilution of 1:2000. The antibody was diluted in blocking buffer consisting of 1x TST buffer, 2% Milk, 2% Tween-20 and MiliQ H2O. It was incubated for 1 hour at RT.
I used this antibody for western blotting with excellent results.
