I have used this as a secondary antibody for a western blot with 50 ug hippocampal neuron lysates loaded. I diluted it 1:2000 in blocking buffer consisting of 1 x TST Buffer, 2% Milk, 2% tween-20 and MiliQ H2O. It was incubated for 1 hour at RT.
The results were excellent.
