Very good anti-GFP antibody raised in goat. Used for detection of GFP protein in HeLa cells transfected with plasmids encoding for eGFP itself and eGFP fusions (both N- and C-terminal). Used as 1:2000 dilution in 5% milk/TBS-T. Delivered as concentrated solution (2mg/ml). Big advantage of this antibody is its competitive price.
