Ref-1 (also called APE1) goat antibody from Santa Cruz #sc-9919
Used for western blotting with 20 ug WCE of the human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y in the dilution 1:8000 and with 10-40 ug WCE of U2OS cells in the dilution 1:2000. Incubation at +4C ON. Gives a single strong band at 37 kDa.
The antibody can be reused 4 times.
However, no signal was detected when tested for western blotting with WCE of primary mouse hippocampal neurons.
