LC3 (#4108), is a good antibody for endogenous detection of LC3 by WB (1:1000, 5% BSA, TBST,). The results are better if you blocked your membrane with 5%BSA, TBST instead of Milk. I used in Hela, A540, 293, PC3 and EFs cells. Its vorks very bad in IF or IP.
