Tested on whole brain cell lyaste from mouse. Loaded: 30 ug and 10 ug, WB using stainfree gel/membrane, semi-dry blotting, ECL detection.
Detects a band of appropriate size, together with some weaker bands.
Dilution: 1/5000.

Tested for Western blotting on 100 ug total cell lysate from HEK cells, mouse brain and pig brain.
Gives several intense bands between 25-75 kDa . Isolated band around the expected size (70 kDa) in all extracts.
used dilution: 1/500 (recommended), but overexposed bands. I would highly recommend to dilute more.
