Antibody was used for immunostaining of primary pBECs. As a secondary antibody Life technologies goat anti-rabbit AlexaFluor568 was used at dilution 1:350. The cells show signal expected for detection of occludin. Signal came from Plasma membrane where occludin should be incorporated in tight junctions. Antibody is working nicely for IF even on the cells from species that was not examined by manufacturer.
