Antibody tested for IF and WB. Raised against bovine CI-M6PR works nicely in primary bovine brain endothelial cells in mentioned dilutions (most often 1:100 used). Both WB and IF looks good.
For IF as a secondary antibody Life technologies goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 488 (1:350) was used.
Cells fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X100, blocked with 2% BSA.
