Polyclonal Ab anti-CD68, Abcam, Catalog n. ab125047, IgG anti-human, raised in rabbit, recognizes also mouse.
Tested in free floating mouse brain and spleen sections (dilutions 1:100, 1:200 and 1:400); it works in spleen, but doesn’t detect many cells in the brain, at all dilutions.
