Tested on hippocampal cryosections from a perfusion fixed mouse. Prior to immunohistochemistry, the tissue was target retrieved using DAKO antigen retrieval s1699.
Although the antibody showed low background, very little signal was observed. A weak dendritic staining was seen in CA3.
The antibody was tested at dilutions of 1:100, 1:250 and 1:500 with the best results observed at 1:100.
