Tested on hippocampal cryosections from a perfusion fixed mouse. Prior to immunohistochemistry, the tissue was target retrieved using DAKO antigen retrieval s1699.
This antibody showed low background but also relatively weak signal. It was, however, possible to detect CCK-positive dendrites within the hippocampus.
The antibody was tested at 1:50, 1:100 and 1:250 and performed best at 1:100
