Great antibody. Detects a band in WB of the expected size – 48 kDa. No other bands are detected. We have used it on 293 and SY5Y cell lysates and brain homogenates as a marker for lipid rafts after sucrose gradient fractionation experiment.
The antibody can be used reprobing of stripped membranes.
WB dilution 1:1000.
We have also used it for staining retinoic acid differentiated SY5Y cells. Detects clusters associated with the plasma membrane.
