  • I have used anti-myc for western blotting of bispecific diabodies (along with anti-FLAG) with very good results. Very low background and specific and clear bands were observed after 5 minutes of exposure time (1h detection with anti-myc).
    Used at 1:4000 [0.25ug/mL].
