I had succes using this in immunostainings of HEK293 cells transient transfected with human Neuroligin 1 cDNA, High signal to noise. (Dilution 1:100)
For western blotting, we had difficulties detecting Neuroligin-1 in lysates of both tranfected 293 cells and mouse brain. Though, we see positive staining in a lane containing 20ng recombinant human Neuroligin-1. (Dilution 1:500)
