Great antibody! Recognized specifically a protein in Western blotting around 60 kDa (the expected size) in lysates from a number of cell types including HEK293 cells, mouse primary astrocytes and hippocampal neurons.
Strong immunofluorescense staining of HEK293, astrocytes and hippocampal neurons. CLN3 appears to be localized in intracellular vesicular and tubular structures.
