For western blotting, tested on RN22, HEK293, hippocampal and astrocyte lysate. No effect at 1:1000 dilution, and week bands at 98 kDa at 1:500. 130 kDa were expected according to provider.
For immunostaning, diluted 1:100, it workes very well on both transfected HEK293 cells and astrocytes
