Works nicely for IF detection of exogenously PCSK9 added to cells (HepG2/HEK293).
I have used 1:100 dilution and incubation either for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4C.

Easily pulls down purified PCSK9 using 0.9 µg/sample (less would probably do).

We used this antibody for IF (1:100) detection of PCSK9 overexpression in HepG2 cells. The antibody only gives weak IF staining of endogenous PCSK9 in HepG2 cells and an intense signal in HepG2 cells transfected with PCSK9.

This antibody works nicely for IF detection of hPCKS9 in transfected HepG2 cells. In this cell line the endogenous level of PCSK9 only gives a weak signal with 2µg/ml antibody

This antibody works for IF on cells transfected with human PCSK9 cDNA. Very nice staining.
In our hands it doesn´t seem to recognize commercially available PCSK9 recombinant protein (Circulex, R&D Systems).
It works nicely for Western blotting and IP of recombinant human PCSK9 expressed in 293 and HepG2 cells.
So far we have no experienced with endogenous PCSK9 levels.
