Stains a subset of primary DIV12 mouse hippocampal neurons. GABARAP staining is observed in vesicular structures in the soma and distinct processes. The antibody seems specific but the staining is somehow different compared to GABARAP antibodies STJ40314 and STJ40315.
Dilution 5 ug/ml
Neurons were fixed in 4%PFA, blocked in 10% FBS and permeabilized in 0.1% TritonX100
