Polyclonal rabbit to HSPA12A (STJ52131) works for immunofluorescence staining on human SHSY-5Y and HEK293 cells. Primary mice hippocampla neurons were also positive but less intensive, perhaps due to less expression.
I used it in a 1:100 dilution, for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells are PFA fixed and permeabilized with 0.25 % saponin.
