Rabbit RAB7A (STJ25267) is a world-class antibody for immunofluorescence in mouse b.end3 cells!! I used it in a 1:100 dilution, but the antibody will most likely be useful in lower concentrations. The cells is PFA fixed and permabilized with 0.25 % saponin. Stained at RT for 1 hour.
Human SHSY-5Y and HEK293 cells also gave a positive, but less string signal.
