This MAP2 antibody was used as dendritic marker in rat hippocampal neurons in Farias et al. Neuron 2012 from Juan Bonifacino’s group.

I have used this antibody as a marker for the somato-dendritic part of rat hippocampal neurons. It works fine with a 1:300 dilution, and can be combined with an antibody against Ankyrin G for labeling of the axon.
